From our first contact, we listen to you carefully to understand what you are struggling with at this time, what is a priority for you and what you would like to change.<\/p>\n\n

We are interested in both your request and whether you have been in therapy before, what that experience was like and what you would like to be different this time.<\/p>\n\n

Based on this, as well as practical parameters such as time availability, whether you prefer online or in-person sessions and the way you work best, we use our clinical judgement to connect you with the team member we believe best matches your profile and needs.<\/p>\n\n

If along the way you feel that the collaboration is not serving you as you would like, we discuss it openly and look together for the most appropriate way to adapt or change, so that you feel the process remains alive and meaningful for you.<\/p>\n\n
