It provided an explanation for why people who theoretically have the freedom to define their lives end up feeling <strong>permanently exhausted<\/strong>, <strong>fragmented<\/strong> and a <strong>trapped<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It essentially succeeded in deconstructing the pre-existing illusion that pressure always comes from the outside. The psychological pain of modern man therefore appears to <strong>not stem from an external oppressor<\/strong>, but from an internal cognitive schema that demands constant optimisation. This experience of the \u00abI can\u00bb or \u00abI can do better\u00bb quickly translates into a permanent emotional strain, l<em>ike <\/em>a <a href=\"https:\/\/zen-yalow.213-158-90-34.plesk.page\/en\/mipos-leitourgeis-san-ferrari-choris-frena-i-istoria-tis-eleftherias\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1235\"><em>a Ferrari without brakes<\/em>
