I am a psychologist, a graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with postgraduate specialisation in Applied Developmental Psychology and four years of training in Systemic Psychotherapy. The systemic approach shapes the way I understand a person: not in isolation, but in continuous interaction with the people and contexts that surround them: family, school, work, and their close circle. Because these are not merely the background of our lives – they affect us and we affect them.
My professional experience has been shaped through therapeutic work with adults, children, teenagers, parents, and families, both in person and online. In therapy, I focus particularly on how the difficulties someone is experiencing relate to their current life stage – and what these communicate about the needs and changes they are seeking.
I frequently work with:
Anxiety, tension, depression/heavy feelings, and emotional difficulties in adults
Children and teenagers with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties
Empowerment of neurodivergent and LGBTQI+ individuals
Parental counselling and support in the parenting role
Family relationships, communication and repeating patterns
Romantic and intimate relationships and couples therapy
Difficulties adjusting to the school, family or social environment
Eating difficulties and body image in adolescents and adults
Enhancing self-image, social skills and functioning in children and adolescents
How I work
My approach is systemic and collaborative. I am interested in us understanding together not only «what symptom exists», but also what this symptom is trying to express within your life, your relationships, and your daily routine. I believe that change often begins when we can safely challenge our certainties: the stories, beliefs, and rules that have shaped the way we view ourselves, others, and our relationships. Not to reject what has shaped us, but to create space for new possibilities.
In the sessions, I make sure to create a space of safety, trust, and respect, where you can speak openly and freely, so that therapy is something we build together, always starting from your request: what changes you want to see in your life and what story brought you here.
We might be a good fit if…
You want a calm and safe space to better understand the anxiety, difficulty, and emotions you are experiencing.
You are concerned about your child's behaviour, emotion, or adjustment and need guidance free from guilt and panic.
You want to see more clearly how your relationships, family, and life experiences affect the way you feel, react, and relate today.
You feel that something in your relationship has reached an impasse and you want a space to process it, either as an individual or as a couple.
And through this process, we can work together to create more understanding, connection and compassion for you, your child, your relationship or your family.
