Psychologist – Systemic Counsellor & Psychotherapist

MSc in Social Psychology

I am a psychologist with a postgraduate specialisation in Social Psychology and four years of training in Systemic Counselling & Psychotherapy. Over my nine-year professional career, I have offered my services in various mental health, prevention and social care settings – spaces where I have encountered individuals who needed understanding, a stable framework and someone to accompany them through what they were going through.

I am interested in how anxiety, relationships, the body and the social context interact with one another and how, amidst all this complexity, every person can gradually rediscover their inner resources, especially when they feel tired or distanced from themselves.

I frequently work with:
How I work

My perspective is systemic: I view you within the relational systems to which you belong – family, partner, friends, work, community. In our sessions, I strive to create a space where you can slow down, listen a little more clearly to what is happening to you and process it together.

Through this process, we can discover your «resources» – your skills and strengths – and use them to take small, steady steps. With responsibility towards yourself, you can gradually move forward with the changes you want in your life, depending on what you are aiming for.

Having been trained in trauma-informed care, addiction issues and eating disorders, I stand beside you with sensitivity, taking into account your traumatic experiences, embodied experience and the social dimensions of your life.

We might be a good fit if…
  • You feel that you are constantly running “at high revs” and want to better understand how anxiety affects your life and explore how to reconnect with yourself and others.

  • You wish to explore your relationship with your body and nutrition, especially if you struggle with binge-eating habits or intense anxiety about food.

  • You want to process difficult experiences and need a safe space to rebuild a sense of control and safety.
  • You want to work on your relationship or dynamics with your partner and explore together how you can find greater connection and mutual understanding.
