Unified Therapeutic Framework
As a team, we share a common therapeutic framework based on connection, authenticity, simplicity, growth and inclusion – bringing together all parts of you, body, mind and relationships.
We want you to be able to come as you are, knowing there is a steady space that holds you with safety and respect.
We work with trauma-informed awareness, paying attention to boundaries and vulnerability, and we make sure our language is clear and simple so you always know what we are doing and why.
Each therapist has their own personal style, sensitivities and interests, but we all operate within a clear framework of collaboration, confidentiality and professional ethics, aimed at protecting you, supporting you and allowing you to develop at your own pace.
Initial Assessment & Therapist Matching
From our first contact, we listen to you carefully to understand what you are struggling with at this time, what is a priority for you and what you would like to change.
We are interested in both your request and whether you have been in therapy before, what that experience was like and what you would like to be different this time.
Based on this, as well as practical parameters such as time availability, whether you prefer online or in-person sessions and the way you work best, we use our clinical judgement to connect you with the team member we believe best matches your profile and needs.
If along the way you feel that the collaboration is not serving you as you would like, we discuss it openly and look together for the most appropriate way to adapt or change, so that you feel the process remains alive and meaningful for you.
As a team, we draw from different psychotherapeutic approaches – such as systemic/family therapy, body-oriented Gestalt, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, group psychotherapy, cognitive analytic therapy and EMDR trauma therapy – and we rely on scientific research and evidence-based therapeutic interventions, which we adapt each time to the specific characteristics of the person sitting across from us.
Scientific Supervision & Reflection
Our therapeutic work does not end when the session closes. As a team, we meet regularly for clinical supervision and reflection, where we share knowledge, experiences and different perspectives around the kinds of difficulties we encounter in our work.
This enables us to see what the people who trust us bring in a more holistic way and to adapt how we work to their real needs.
Supervision and reflection are part of our continuous development and our commitment to scientifically backed therapy, without losing human warmth and personal presence.
All of this is done with full respect for anonymity and confidentiality: we do not expose you, but rather ensure we think responsibly on your behalf, so that the therapeutic relationship you build with your therapist stands on a solid, secure foundation.
